Open Files

I want to make an app that when you click a button it will open a specific file in its appropriate program (Word, Excel, etc.).  I cant do this with a web browser on a form because of multiple security settings

    You need to use the ShellExecute API call:

        to open a url u can try this

          Call ShellExecute(hWnd, "open", "", vbNullString, vbNullString, 3)
