Persisting credit card details between pages

We will be implementing a payment solution where customers will be required to enter credit card information on a page and the next page shows the customer what they entered and confirm their entries.

What is the best way to persist the information between the two pages? Thanks for any help.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Page2 Load event

string ccNo = Request["txtCreditCardNumber"].ToString();

sorry that should be:  Server.Transfer("Page2.aspx", True)

duh! I was thinking in terms of the database. Thanks.

Also similarly I have another form where I have a series of checkboxes in a grid and on submit, I would like to present a review page of what was selected and if necessary, they can click Edit selections and go back to the page where they edit the checkboxes selected. The selections should persist between these two pages. Is there a simple way to do this?

ps: I can increase the points for the new question.
Might be best to save them in the database before going to the review page.
