How to change the default Selected color in a ListBox or DropDownList

ListBoxes and DropDownLists gets the Selected Color from Windows, I need to change this.
Can anybody send me a piece of code which shows how can I change this default color for ... "Blue" for example?

    Now if you want to see many possibilities, take a look at this:

    However, results will vary by browser, and while you can set the font color and the background, I don't believe that you can change the actual selected color.
