RTSP? Is this why I cannot play video on C-SPAN's Site?

I guess this is more a personal question than a professional one.

Whenever I try hitting any of C-SPAN.ORG's video links, I get a "Cannot find
server or DNS Error" instead of a web page or any video.  I noticed the
URL for the video links I cannot view begin with rtsp:// instead of
the usual http://.  Videos on http at C-SPAN.ORG work fine for me.

So, I googled RTSP and found out it stands for Real Time Streaming Protocol,
which sounded relevant.

The help pages on CSPAN.ORG emphasize having the latest Real Player,
which I verified I have.

Here is a sample link I cannot view:
rtsp://video.c-span.org/15days/e040705_reform.rm?mode=compact

So, do I have to buy a MAC to watch these videos?  Please save me
from that humiliation. hahah  ** just kidding **

Any pointers extremely appreciated (except toward MACs please).

Thanks

p.s.  I hear MAC G4s are the best microcomputers made, and I believe it.  My problem is lack of money, not lack of interest in MACs.  Thanks again.

I own the firewall, here at home.  So I just need to get port 554 opened?  How do I do it?

I am running XP Pro on a DSL

I found the solution.  Just a setting in Real Player, to associate Real Player with RSTP.  Under Tools-->Options.
