Assign which permissions to the group, mayur?  What do they need to do?

1.  Log in as Administrator
2.  Go into Users and Groups
3.  Highlight the group you want -- supervisors
4.  Right click -- permissions
5.  Now decide what permissions you want
6.  What it is, assign those "rights" to that group.

In AD, you have to goto that group, goto properties and select "who/what group" manages that group.

They will then have access to modify the contents of that particular group.
