Do the queues have messages in them?
Do you recognise the domains as being ones that your users should be sending to.

Have they hung around in the queue for a long time?

It is unusual to have messages hang around the queue - normally they are gone before ESM can update... so seeing messages in the queue is an indication of a problem. However the problem might not be at your end.
