Hi there experts,

I'd just like to find out if there are any settings within winfax pro 10.0 or outlook which automatically sends any received fax to a specified email address? If not, are there any kind of third party application which will enable me to do so?

Cheers,
REX

Depending on your setup, version of outlook and version of operating system there are a few options you have.  Here is a small list.  If you are on a exchange network there is also another way of doing this which I can explain if you are.

Hi montyV,

Thanks for the reply, the setup is rather a simple one and not using MS Exchange. For that computer, it has win xp and office xp installed. Assuming that I only wanna have winfax pro 10.0 installed (due to cost), can I assume that there is indeed a feature within that to enable me to do the above?

Awaiting your reply,
REX
