Could someone tell me where I can get the function list of Oracle?
Just simple list and simple description.

I'll split the points to useful answer.
Thanks!

Dou you mean list of oracle build-in functions?

in the book Oracle SQL Reference, chapter 'Functions'
The book can get from oracle site together with a bunch of other very very useful (even mandatory) Oracle books
