PSTOOLS Changing Windows XP Background of a remote PC

How can I change the background of another computer?

I use pstools now to run executables remotely.

start psexec \\computername -i -s -c "C:\application.exe"

Can I change the background on another Windows XP computer using PSTOOLS? If not how can I?

You can open Control Panel applets using the command prompt, as described in this MSKB article:

How to Open Control Panel Folders from the Command Prompt

So perhaps replacing "C:\application.exe" in your example above with this will work:

"C:\Windows\System32\control.exe color"
