Exchange 2003 Outgoing Message Queue

My Exchange2003 Server is receiving incoming emails, however outgoing emails to the internet are not going. Is there a way to see the outgoing email queue?

Is there a way to see where the text files for the emails that are suppose to be going are saved?

I want to be sure the messages are stored somewhere ......

sure,, just open exchange system manager and browse down to your server, then protocols, then smtp,  you will see the queue there.

if they are in the outgoing queue you would see them there.  What makes you say the emails haven't gone out?  Can you explain your full setup?? are you doing anything unusual like forwarding your mail to your ISP or anything?

What makes you think the emails have not gone out....
Answer : No one has received them.

Emails leave outlook and go to users on the local network fine. Emails going out to the internet are not going. The people outside are not receiving them.

Exchange2003 in co-existence with exchange5.5, and ISA server 2000.
