How do I set microsoft SMTP Service to forward mail?

Hello,
I have a box which runs ms smtp service. Basically what I would like to happen is to have any mail that comes in for a set user forward automatically to another email account. How do I accomplish this?

Worth 500 points.

Thanks,
Rick

It can't be done with Windows 2000's smtp service.

You may want to disable (or uninstall) windows' smtp service and install a third party smtp implementation that allows what you need.  I bet there are many free available in Internet.

Hello,

can you tell me what you want exctly.

If you want your all incomming and outgoing mails which are automaticaly forward to another ID.

It is possible to using thirdparty mail server for your mail security. or it is safe to forwording your incomming mails through your webserver(yor domain server or your website control panal)

Actually, what I want to happen is any mail that comes in for abuse, to be forwarded to another abuse email acct, its just for management purposes. If MS SMTP cannot do this, can anyone recommend a package that can?

Thanks,
Rick
