wait a minute, I just installed the secondary hdd that is 200 gig and it worked... hmm<br />
ok so here is a new report it looks like it is not the bios but instead the OS. The 250 gig hdd is the Primary partition and is running xp pro with SP 2. Only 99gig of the hdd shows up. the hard drive is a western digital.
