dsmod fails due to CN name

The way that my active directory is built the cn name has a comma in it, for example CN=Gates, Bill
When I do a dsmod it fails because of this my command line is

C:\>dsmod user "CN=Gates, Bill,OU=Contoso,DC=microsoft,DC=com" -office 111000

i tried this also

C:\>dsmod user "CN="Gates, Bill",OU=Contoso,DC=microsoft,DC=com" -office 111000

Any ideas?

Due not just 3rd party apps, thats not a answer.
 Thank you

I suppose you have tried it without the comma, eh?  (You should not need the extra set of quotes, only the ones around the statement, since there are spaces..)

dsmod user "CN=Gates Bill,OU=Contoso,DC=microsoft,DC=com" -office 111000
