USER32.dll error - GetRawInputDynamicList
Hello,
i'm running w2k SP4 on 900Mhz Celleron.
Few weeks ago I started getting this error message when I run programs (mainly games):
The procedure entry point GetRawInputDynamicList could not be located in the dynamic liberary USER32.dll.
When I click OK one of two will happen. The program will work properly or another message will apear:
You need a newer version of DirectX. Click OK to go to the Microsoft DirectX web page.
I already have the latest version of DirectX. Anyway installing it again does nothing.
Thanks,
Mickey

>>>When I open a link the page is opened but for 3-5 seconds the page freeze. after that it is working OK.
This is the only problem with a malware process running in your system and trying to coflict with Internet Explorer Modules running. You could run HighJackThis and post a log or simply kill the unwanted processes.
If problem is not resolved using the above procedure then simply uninstall and install Internet Explorer from Add/Remove Programs.
Let me know.
Thanks, SP

Now I have another problem, ther is a 3-5 seconds delay for every internet page to start working.
When I open a link the page is opened but for 3-5 seconds the page freeze. after that it is working OK.
Any idea?
Is it OK to ask further questions or should I open a new issue?
Thanks , Mickey
