You can not create applications for the Palm OS with Delphi.

Youc an write delphi desktop applications which you can interface with a Palm OS Handheld unit. As for writing applications that run on the PalmOS, look at PocketStudio (it utilizes Pascal - wraps routines around the Palm OS API) or choose a different language.

then you can do two things - write your own code  - OR - findd a completed set already of components or classes....

    here is a suggestion....

TurboSync is a set of VCL components and Delphi classes that enable Palm conduits to be easily developed in Delphi. Features include :

    Familiar Delphi architecture
Ability to define Palm database fields visually at design time
    Complete source code
All necessary conduit dll entry points implemented
Ability to replace the default conduit configuration dialog
Translations of all Sync Manager and Log Manager APIs
Trial versions are available which will only function while Delphi is running.

There are many things available -  here is just a short list of stuff.
