Outlook Web Access GUI not loading right!!!!

When I open OWA on my xp workstation, the GUI is all white except for a single blue line running down the left side.  The "inbox" "calendar etc. have only a singe red x beside them.  Other than that the whole screen is white.  I tried this on two other workstations and they look the same.  I'm able to open outlook o.k. but this is what OWA looks like.  I'm trying to access my 2003 exchange server.

Anybody ever see this sort of thing before?  I don't even know where to begin to troubleshoot this.

thanks to all in advance...

    Accepted Solution

Open up the IIS Admin mmc and check the permissions on the following folders:

All need to be set to basic authentication, bar /exchweb which also needs anonymous access allowed.

That should sort out the page rendering problems.

thanks for the post barry.  I actually researched a little and found out I needed SP1 and 2 hotfixes.  My GUI is back to normal now.  thanks again....
