unrecognised traffic on ACCTON router

When I use my router for internet access using dial up through PSTN moden. There is always unrecognised traffic being transmitted/received even when I am not accessing Internet. The traffic is like this...

Is this by virus? How to stop this?

    It could be the virus - you should do virus check on all your PC's, try another antivirus if you have one already.
