Hi onlyamir007,
I assume that you want to do this because you want to use a standard phone handset with Skype?

Your best bet would be to buy a special USB handset for this job, that works with Skype.  These are generally inexpensive, and a lot less hassle than the amplification circuits that you're going to need in your above diagram.
There are a number of these available, a web search or look on eBay should help you out.    Take a look at http://www.skypehandsets.com/ for example.

Does that help?

onlyamir007,
Ah - I see what you mean now.

Sorry, I'm not an electronics engineer so I can't advise on this in detail.  It sounds like you need some sort of amplifier circuit, but I don't know exactly how you'd do it.
I imagine that the problem is related to the fact that the telco is providing power, as is the PC.

You can use special VoIP equipment to make calls on your friend's phone line though.  You need something called an ATA (Analogue Telephone Adapter) - specifically one with an FXO port.
A good example of this is the Sipura SPA-3000 - http://www.sipura.com/products/spa3000.htm

Your friend would attach this to his phone line & internet connection, and configure it so that you're allowed to make phone calls.  You would then use some "SIP" software on your PC, such as X-Lite (http://www.xten.com/index.php?menu=products&smenu=xlite&ssmenu=download) to make the calls.
You can then simply dial whatever number you like, and your friend picks up the bill!

All that might be a bit hard work for what you want to achieve though.  You should also look at ITSPs that allow you to make VoIP to PSTN (normal telephone) calls.  You can find a list at http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-VOIP+Service+Providers

Let me know what you think.

Thanks again … can you explain me bit detail coz, I’m beginner I don’t have much idea of VoIP  I was talking about my friend where I want to make a calls do I need take any ISP Line for VoIP I got only internet ADSL there coz, there no company which provides VoIP connection if some companies giving these kind of services so it could be  expansive for commercial use  I can’t afford that’s I was trying to use skype :$

Which links you gave me I’m reading hope these links help me thanks again..

Did those links help?

What I was suggesting was using special VoIP equipment at your friend's house, plugged into his phone line and broadband internet service.

That equipment will allow you to make phone calls using his landline. You'd connect to the adapter (ATA) over the Internet, using software on your PC.

Does that make sense?
