Hello, I'm having an issue with a report where I have information on product sales, grouped by the shipping location, then type of product with each product shipped for each type listed within the second group. I want to toggle the groups so that initially the top level groups of shiping location is ony shown, then when expanding the shipping location to show the summary of types of products shipped, then expanding that to show the individuals products for each type beneath that. Right now, when I toggle the top level shipping location, the details of the products hide and come back but the other groups do not dissapear along with it.

This is difficult to explain without being able to show the report. How do you set up the groups so that they toggle other groups??

thanks in advance!!

Guess this is the drilldown you are after:

    + Shipping Location
             + Product Type
                      Product Details

Select the Product Details row, goto Properties, and set the Visibility Toggle Item to be the Product Type textbox, and set Hidden as True
Select the Product Type row, goto Properties, and set the Visibility Toggle Item to be the Shipping Location textbox, and set Hidden as True

Should work, though depends slighlty on whether your using a Matrix or Table, and how you've got your groups setup in terms of thier header/footers etc.
