Crystal Reports 7 and Terminal Services and Citrix

Good Morning! I have a crystal report issue where the reports will generate error 20515 when running the report as a non administrator. The environment is a Windows 2003-Terminal Services-Citrix system. Initially, the Admin was also getting these errors until I implemented #3 from below. As suggested by Business Objects, I had copied the Winnt\Crystal folder to 3 locations, each tested seperately.
1) Winnt\System32 (this did not work)
2) Program Files\Seagate Software\SI\X86 (this did not work)
3) UserProfileName\Windows\Crystal (this did work when logged on as Admin only)

The problem is that Non-Admin users are unable to run certain reports without getting error 20515. I need the non-admins to be able to run the reports. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
TIA

Do other users have read/write permissions to that directory?

From what I understand, they all have full control over their profiles.

Is there any more to the error message?

The error message is different based on the report. However the number 20515 is always consistent. Once the Admin logs on, the reports run perfecto, so I know it can be fixed if the users can access the right dependancies.....I just need to know where to put them.

I agree.

If you find a link you wish to pursue simply add a comment to the question or ask a new question with the link.

In some cases the current version can be found.
