The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000ce (0xbf34aa2e, 0x00000000, 0xbf34aa2e, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.

What does this mean?  What is bugcheck 0x000000ce?  Where should I be looking for the cause of this reboot?

Seems to be related to drivers or system services.

0xbf34aa2e is the instruction address of the failing driver. Attach 3 to 4 minidumps at any webspace. I will study the dump and find out the culprit. You can find the minidump at the folder \winnt\minidump
