Thanks Sid Fishes link is for Access 97 and I have 2000 and the TSI Addin doesn't work properly.<br />
I resolved the issue by creating a new db with the same tables then imported the Design Master Tables back into the regular database and it worked.<br />

I have a DB that was made into a Design Master to perform Replication. &nbsp;However, I want to be able to change the design master back into a normal non-replicating database, because the synchronization conflicts dialog box doesn't work for me.<br />
