Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange blocking good domains

I have a client who is running Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchangeon Windows 2003 Server.  Up until about 2:30pm today, mail from my domain was able to be delivered to their domain, no problem at all.  After 2:30pm, our mail is being bounced back as being rejected as spam.  Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange is the only mail spam software they are running, and after stopping the Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange service, our emails could get to them.  As I know just about nothing of the Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange software, where would I find a listing of good/bad domain names or such?  White/Black lists in the program?

Add a sender White list

Servername
Config
Spam Prevention
Sender White List

Ask their admin if they use Real Time Black Lists

Do you run a server from a ADSL line? if so you will be considered a spamer by most RTBL
