dell 1905fp (digital flat panel) to hd15

I want to buy a couple dell 1905fps for my main machine.  I have an ati x800.   This card has 1 DVI out and one hd15 out.   I have seen DVI-hd15 and vice versa adapters.  Will buying a DVI->hd15 adapter allow the second monitor to plug into my hd15 out?

Must have answer asap (sitting here with my credit card in hand)

It should... I'm using one of those connectors for one of my non-digital monitors as I type this.

DVI to VGA YES,
VGA to DVI NO, not without a converter...

Unfortunately,  for you...a HD15 signal cannot be "converted" by an adapter...It should but it shant. T

I acceptedthe first answer as correct without thinking hard enough.   Unluckily for tmj he was more correct.  Luckily for me, the question was a trick question (I didnt know this at the time)   The 1905fp has both DVI and hd15 inputs on the monitor itself, allowing you to choose whichever connection you wish.   Sorry for the troubles all around folks
