Hi, guys

I followed the following documentation at URL http://support.microsoft.com/Default.aspx?id=324287 to create multiple web sites in one web server but encountered problem on step No 17. The new host name i already created in my DNS server but not sure why it's doesn't work. The error is 'Host not found' . Hope you guys can help me on this.

The error message is displayed when i tryt to access the website by typing the new host name assigned. The browser takes some time to try to access the website, the error "Host Not Found" is displayed after a while.

The server I am using is Windows Server 2003. The website is basically an intranet web-based system. FYI, I do not have any "valid" domain name that point to the server.

DNS problem.
Either you have not added the host to DNS, or your client uses the wrong DNS server.
