Forwarding email

I am using Windows 2003 SBS, Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003.

I have a distribution group called "Company", in which all users are part of.

I also have a public folder called "Announcements".

I would like all email sent to "Company", to automatically be forwarded to the public folder "Announcements".  It used to be setup like this, but a few changes were made and an upgrade to 2003 and now it doesnt work.

Thanks guys.

    Accepted Solution

    Here is a solution :
    a) Create a user account such as "AnnouncementsUser" and make it member of the Company group
    b) Set a forwarding address for this user with Active Directory Users & Computers/Exchange/Delivery Options, by using the RDN (I guess it should be Annoucements, use the verigy) of your public folder. Unselect the "Deliver messages..." option.
    c) You can disable this account, forwarding will still work.

I hope this is clear enough...
