I would like to log output of sqlplus ?  How do you do that?

Sorry, I was responding to something else.
But since I see your question, from sqlplus screen click on File, Spool File, enter path and filename for your output file. Enter your query, then click on File, Spool Off. Results are captured in the output file.

u can use spool and if u want to check for sqls u have to go for auditing...
