Who is ADSL Basic Pool

Who is ADSL Basic Pool and why are they constantly on my site and hogging bandwidth? Please explain.

A "pool" is a group of modems.  "ASDL" are broadband modems.  My guess is that "ASDL Basic Pool" is your stat software's generic definition for a broadband connection that it can't figure out which ISP the IP address belongs to.
