Network Load Balancing and FormsAuthentication

My project is currently having issues with our ASP.NET application running on 2 web servers that are using Network Load Balancing (NLB) on Windows 2003 Server.  We are not storing anything in the session.  We are using forms authentication and are using an encrypted FormsAuthenticationTicket.  Our testers will be logged out of the site at very sporadic times and it appears to be when a user jumps from one server to the next.

Any ideas or suggestions as to what the problem may be, or how to fix it?

    I'm not sure of how exactly load balancing works, but if you have two web.config's, one on each other, you have to share the authentication key the servers will use, or you will experience the logout problem.

    also, fyi, this article has some major bugs, the one section should look like this,

                validationKey= "C50B3C89CB21F4F1422FF158A5B42D0E8DB8CB5CDA1742572A487D9401E3400267682B202B746511891C1BAF47F8D25C07F6C39A104696DB51F17C529AD3CABE"
                decryptionKey= "8A9BE8FD67AF6979E7D20198CFEA50DD3D3799C77AF2B72F"
