If i am not wrong this is the problem with a module which is conflicting with Winword.exe. Try sfc /scannow from run box in start menu. This should the job for you.<br />

I tried repairing/removing and reinstalling office suite 2000 and no cigar. &nbsp;The other office products are working however Word refuses to do so. &nbsp;Uggggh!<br />

WINWORD.EXE has generated errors and will be closed by Windows.
