Hi There,

How can I add a shortcut to the left bar after clicking "insert file" in Outlook using Word as the E-mail editor? Currently it has "History, My Documents, Desktop, Favourites and My Network Places" I would like to simply add a folder or even replace the ones that are there. I have only ever used My Documents, the rest are there for show...

Thank you for your help...

thats available in office 2003 too?
Here at http://www.cof.orst.edu/net/software/outlook/tips/index.php#SetLocation
it shows how to set  a default location . The drawback being it can be set for only one folder ...so if u've set it for c:\abc
when you clikc on the insert open it will open "c:\abc folder"
