There doesn't seem to be a feature built in, but I am guessing that you could just copy the folder /Users/username/Library/Preferences/Microsoft onto the other computer. If your username is the same, I would say that most (though not all) of your path-related settings would be left intact.

Also, to keep your templates, copy /Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Templates
