Has anyone ever seen an issue where if an entry is made in Outlook calendar it will sync to the BlackBerry device wirelessly but when an entry is made on the BB itself it doesn't not wirelessly sync that to Outlook.

We're using Exchange 2003 w/ Outlook 2003 and using BES.  The user does have wireless sync enabled.  Not sure what else to do.  I've upgarded his desktop manager to the latest version and BES is on version 3.6.2.14.

Thanks in advance.

Go back into the desktop manager for the user and go to Intellisync....to the Pim settings......and the calendar.....and make sure you have the "Syncronize" radio button checked, rather than "Import" or "Export"
