What is your network address range?<br />

Unless your PCs are on the same subnet (192.168.1.x) you won`t be able to connect.<br />
<br />
You can use jetdirect admin to do this, or try the printserver`s builtin webserver<br />

Try typing &quot;ipconfig&quot; at a dos prompt on a pc.<br />
<br />
if the address is not 192.168.1.something, change it in network properties&gt; TCP/IP to 192.168.1.1, connect to the print server with internet explorer, by typing in 192.168.1.2 , change the address to what you want it to be, and then restart it.<br />
Then change your PC back to it`s old settings.

just installed for the fist time a jetdirect print server the server has a ip address<br />
