Exchange 2003 on Server 2000 with Outlook XP clients

I'm in the middle of doing an Exchange 2003 migration.  The clients are almost all Outlook XP.  Are there any issues with using Outlook XP with Exchange 2003?  What do I gain by upgrading everyone to Outlook 2003?  Eventually everyone will get Outlook 2003, but I'm wondering if it's OK to move all the mailboxes in one big swoop and then work on upgrading the clients, or should I upgrade the clients first and then move the mailboxes?  Any thoughts?

thanks

Exchange 2003 has some features that only Outlook 2003 can use, but you can certainly run Outlook XP against it.  Really its just preference, you can migrate either the mailboxes first or the clients.
