Specified date range visible on calendar control.

I have a problem whereby I would like to use a calendar control to display only the two weeks of dates for which a festival runs. All dates outside this period should be set to invisible and event dates should be bold.
I have no problems specifying event dates as bold using "SelectedDayStyle" however i cannot work out how to hide events not in the two week date range..

Any ideas greatly appreciated..

i see the benefits of this but ideally i need the resultant control to look similar to this :
from what i can work out this is not possible with the BetterCalendar..
perhaps i'll just hardcode a table.. after all it is only for a two week festival. although would be nice to be able to easily reuse for subsequent years.. anyway. thanks for help dfu23.

by the looks of the image that you gave as an example the rows that do not have dates are essentially collapsed ... if you need to replicate this with the asp:calendar control i am not sure that you can achieve it ... otherwise the style should be able to be rendered the same.
