Adobe DRM Activator Error (server code 29)

I recently upgrade to adobe reader 7.01 - i then tried to access a ebook I bought over the internet. With previous versions of adobe reader this PDF worked fine but now I get a pop-up asking me to re-activate the "digitial edition", I get three options but the only radio buttons I can choose are "re-activate without login..." or "never upgrade". I tried the first option and get the following error:

"Your Adobe Software could not be re-activated
No Matching activation records found.
...
Server code 29
Fault location: 22
"

Anybody any ideas?

Talk to the publisher of the ebooks and complain about this problem. Even though this may be an Acrobat plug-in, it's at the end the publisher's fault if they use a format that cannot easily be used with a newer version of the software.

Go to this web site and log in first, then try to re-activate Reader: https://aractivate.adobe.com/eden/EdenUI.asp
