Outlook 2003 opening Multiple Calendars at Startup
Hi all,
I have a user who will be taking care of our sales reps calendars all in one view (Side by Side). The problem i am having is that once i have loaded these calendars up into the view and then proceed to close outlook and reopen the calendar. the shortcuts are there but they are unticked and undisplayed.
Is there a way of getting these to load with outlook?
Also is there a way of creating shortcuts to these in outlook 2003 so i can put them on the outlook shortcut bar??
Best Regards
Oly

I am not sure what you mean...can you explain a little further?
I am having the same issue as Oly mentioned above; I have a user that wants to view multiple calendars side-by-side when Outlook opens (hers, the Department Chairs', and a meeting room). The calendars appear in the "Other Calendars" list, but when Outlook is shut down, only her calendar appears when she re-opens. She would like to view all 3 when she starts. Any suggestions?

Hi Phil
Try using the method that was shown to me. Open the users calendar then drag the calendar to the shortcuts. I assume you are using 2003??
