Once you have the GAL in a PAB, you can export it to CSV and then you can isolate the column containing the SMTP addresses from CSV.

This method seems even simpler. But you have to separate the SMTP addresses from the CSV file in both the cases.

When I highlight all the names in the GAL, right click and click add to PAB, I get an hour glass for a few seconds.  Then it goes away, I check the PAB, and it's empty.

I also tried article 149447, but it says admin is not a valid prgram name.

PLEASE HELP

THis is wierd. Did you follow the steps correctly? I do not see a reason why the entries would not appear in your PAB. How big is your GAL? Try adding entries to the PAB in smaller chunks.

Another (illogical) thing to try is - login as an admin and try the operation. Also be sure that you check all the folders in your PAB. May be you are looking at a wrong place.
