Changing the default Exchange 2003 global server storage limits
I've been searching around and haven't seen the location to change this. Where can I change the default mailbox storage settings. I'm not looking for just for one user, but the global default. Turns out if the employees don't delete or move their messages off the server and can't send any mail my supervisor likes to chew my head off!
Basically I need to disable the "prohibit send at X kb" and "prohibit send and receive at X kb" for all users system wide.

Look under the properties for the store itself. You can set the defaults there. So, under first storage group, you'd go to the properties for the mailbox store.
