Not in Exchange 5.5. You basically need to have Service Account Admin rights (the ability to access all mailboxes) to use EXMERGE.<br />
<br />
It is different when you get to importing into Exchange 2003. But the same thory applies. <br />
Check the MS Knowledge Base for those steps.

I'll start by saying that I have never used Exchange 5.5 or NT 4.0 and I'm not infront of the box to just dink around until I find the answer (I'd rather know how to do it when I arrive). I am migrating one of our sister companies to Exchange 2003 soon from Exchange 5.5 over this weekend.<br />
