What do people use to generate PDF files from CFM/HTML pages?

Does anyone have a favorite custom tag or way to generate PDF files dynamically with ColdFusion?  I need to provide my users with the ability to print out invoices and need to use the PDF format.  I know CF 7 now generates PDFs on the fly with the cfdocument tag but I haven't talked my boss into upgrading yet and I need a quick (and simple) way to do this.  Thanks for any advice!

I know a lot of people have used :

cfx_pdf
http://www.easel2.com/

But this requires installing cfx

I have also heard of:

dynamicpdf

CF_HTML2PDF3 (CF_HTML2PDF3 allows you to create PDF files from any dynamic CFM page simply by encasing whatever portion of the page you wish to display inside the opening and closing CF_HTML2PDF3 tags.)
Download from macromedia exchange - it is FREE

CFX_HTML2PDF another one that is a cfx Also from the Macromedia exhcange and also FREE

and activepdf (but I would not recommed them as the support and company polices are TERRIBLE)
