Could be a DNS problem.

(1) What happens when you type:

 >nslookup shawmail.ed.shawcable.net

in a command window?

(2) Is your email (i.e. from Outlook Express) working inspite of the above message?

(3) Do you have any problems using a web browser, or is that all normal?
