How to remove  duplicate mails in the Inbox folder of  MS Outlook 2003

I had recently download all my emails into my Inbox  (total 8200 emails) in Outlook 2003.

out of these 8200 emails,  4100 of them are duplicated  .

That means I only need 4100 out of these 8200 emails .

I understand I can manually delete the duplicate in by hand.

But I wish to know is there any ticks or feature I can use on Outlook 2003 itself
that I can automated the deletion process.

Thank you.

    Hi fox404,
the following two links are from "office marketplace," the full versions cost around $10 each (the first review i read said "works fine, worth the nominal price"

the other method is not automatic, but assisted: right click on message->find all->related messages, select range and delete
