Please correct this code below  when I click at Web4free the new windows appear and go to
http://192.168.0.82/bee/html/web4free/www.yahoo.com it should go to  http://www.yahoo.com
my php server locate on 192.168.0.82

It sounds like you are missing the http:// protocol from the front of your URL so when clicked it searches for it locally.

I presume you have your url stored in $Web4free.

If it currently looks like this:

$Web4free = "www.yahoo.com";

try changing it to:

$Web4free = "http://www.yahoo.com";
