SQLite with Delphi

Are there any experts here experienced in using SQLite with Delphi? I want to try it as an alternative to Access - but what exactly should I download and install? There are so many different things offered on www.sqlite.org and www.aducom.com/sqlite that it's just confusing. I need some clue to understand what to start from.

The first site www.sqlite.org is for the SqlLite database it self, and the second one is a open  source project for accessing SqlLite with Delphi

if you would replace Access, there are many options for Delphi, some of them Native Dephi Database engine, which integrated into your application and will not require any DLL to deploy with your executable file
Look at

http://www.nexusdb.com (they have free version)
http://www.elevatesoft.com
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tpflashfiler (open source project)

also there are open source projects such as
http://firebird.sourceforge.net
