The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\adpu160m1

Anyone know how to fix this?
Its a Windows 2000 Server with all updates.
Compaq Proliant ML350
I think its Tape drive related?

    My server is actually rebooting after a time but not coming up right away.

    This is also happening

    An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\DR0 during a paging operation.

    The device, \Device\Scsi\adpu160m1, did not respond within the timeout period.

    this caused by culprit is the USB  devices attached to the server
    also check if CF cards are mounted as IDE devices.
