OERecovery is not what I needed. That repairs the *.eml files. I was locked out by something (bug?). Thanks for the idea, though.<br />

I got this all worked out by spending the entire day running programs to clean up the bugs, uninstalling, reinstalled IE 6 (shows as 5!!!???) then got SP4 on. Ran iefix.exe and I finally have a working system (for now).<br />
