Setting Up Mail Remotely with Linux Enterprise

OK, I am looking for someone to help me step by step as I try to configure the email with Enterprise.  I have remote access, and need to know how I can set up my mail accounts and get it working.

I can send mail out from the server already.  i am just not receiving any.
