Changing keyboard LED state in vb.net

Hi,

I can't seem to find any info on how to turn on and off the keyboard LEDs, or toggling the Caps Lock, Scroll Lock or Num Lock states in vb.net.  Being able to do this could make some intresting uses, like certain status display, ect.
